Mid Month Update – September 2023

The BC Rural Health Network is Working Hard to Include More Voices and Reach More People.

Lots of activity this month and a need to provide a mid-month update. Click here to go to straight to the newsletter.

Our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Committee seek volunteers who can provide diversity to their voice and be instrumental in guiding our group to inclusiveness of all residents in BC.

Conferences are happening this month and next that are important to our rural health and wellness, Peggy Skelton (President), Colin Moss (VP), Leonard Casley (Director), Jane Osborne (Director), Jude Kornelsen (liaison Director), Valerie St John (Liaison Director) and Paul Adams (Executive Director) are all at various events speaking and engaging with the healthcare community and political leadership in BC.

We are working hard at these events to bring awareness to issues that all rural residents stand behind and need to live equitably in their home communities. We seek your voices and your ears! Join us and sign up for our newsletter on any page on our website. Rural BC needs solutions on health and our community voices contain them!
