Lower Columbia Community Health Centre Society
The Lower Columbia CHC initiative starting five years ago to organize a network of CHC clinics in the Lower Columbia. This year (2024), it received approval and funding to proceed with a community health centre in Trail, expected to open in March, 2025. It will provide team-based primary care to about 7,500 patients when fully operational.
