Access to dental care can be challenging for families in rural and remote communities, and BC Children’s Hospital (BCCH) wants to hear from you! They’re launching an important initiative to improve dental health services for children across BC and the Yukon. Your insights can help shape how families access information and care – and you’ll receive an honorarium for your participation.

1️⃣ Join a Virtual Discussion Group (Feb 23 & 25) 💻

Are you a parent or caregiver of a child aged 0-6 living in a rural or remote area? BCCH is hosting small virtual discussion groups to hear about your family’s dental health experiences.

📅 When?

  • Sunday, February 23, 2025 – 3:00-4:30 PM PST / 4:00-5:30 PM MT
  • Tuesday, February 25, 2025 – 7:00-8:30 PM PST / 8:00-9:30 PM MT

💰 Honorarium: $50 e-transfer for participation

2️⃣ Take a Quick Survey & Get a Gift Card 📝

Parents and caregivers of children aged 0-18 in rural and remote BC & Yukon are invited to complete a short survey about dental health access. Your responses will directly inform BCCH’s dental health project.

🕒 Time Commitment: 15-25 minutes
🎁 Honorarium: $25 gift certificate
📢 Open to: 135 participants (first come, first served!)
