It has been a tough few years with additional stress  caused by the pandemic and global events. Many have been impacted from isolation and from workplace or school related changes.  Mental health often gets overlooked and is important for us all to pay attention to. Our website offers some great resources from the Stigma Free Society which includes access to their Rural Mental Wellness Toolkit and their Student Mental Health Toolkit.  Their programs are free and available to all British Columbians.  Please visit our Resource section where we have many tools and resources for the public to access.
