Long Term Care Standards – Survey runs until July 31, 2022

The Standards Council of Canada (SCC)Health Standards Organization (HSO) and Canadian Standards Association (CSA Group) are working collaboratively on developing two new national standards for LTC that are shaped by the needs of residents, families and the LTC workforce.

The new standard will be developed as a National Standard of Canada, following the requirements set by the Standards Council of Canada (SCC). It will used as part of the future Accreditation Canada Qmentum Long-Term Care Program.

As we begin designing and building the new standard, we want to hear from Canadians and what matters most to you when it comes to long-term care. Your responses will help shape what an optimal future state of LTC ought to look like in Canada.
